Maribeth Theroux is a comedian and poet based in South Orange, New Jersey. She's the founder of the SOMA Network, a community arts organization devoted to creating opportunities for artists and the arts in South Orange and Maplewood, NewJersey.
Maribeth's work mines the heights of joy and the depths of pain. She's currently writing a novel inspired by her experience of discovering her autism and ADHD at 39-years-old. The novel is titled The Barnacle. She also has a book of poems titled Unhappy Baby.
